Three businesses, one system

Service, contracts and sewer work are not the same business

A homeowner emergency, a restaurant on a service agreement and a fifteen-thousand-dollar sewer replacement have different customers, different billing and different clocks.

Residential plumbing is won on the first ring

A homeowner standing in water is not comparison shopping, they are calling until somebody answers. Residential plumbing is decided by response, and lost to voicemail far more often than to price.

24/7 answeringEvery call, text and web chat answered at any hour, including all of them at once.
Emergency triageIris establishes whether the water is off, whether it is spreading, and whether it needs a truck tonight.
Water heater replacementAge and history on the property, so a failed heater becomes a same-day replacement quote rather than a callback.
Options priced on siteRepair, replace, or replace and upgrade, with financing, presented from the basement.
Camera inspection mediaFootage and photos attach to the job so the customer sees what the technician saw.
DispatchThe nearest technician who can actually finish it on the first visit, not just the first one free.
Payment at the kerbInvoice built from the work performed and the card taken before the van leaves.
Membership plansDrain maintenance and inspection plans that schedule and renew themselves.
The clock

Water does not wait for office hours

A burst supply line at eleven at night is the most valuable call a plumbing company gets and the one most likely to go unanswered. The homeowner works down a list, and the first plumber who picks up takes the job and the relationship that follows it.

Iris answers on the first ring at any hour, works out how bad it is, and dispatches on-call before the second plumber on their list has finished ringing.

Triage

Not every emergency is an emergency

Four calls arrive in the same hour and only one of them needs a truck tonight. Sending everything to on-call burns overtime and goodwill. Sending nothing loses the job that actually mattered.

Sorted by what is happening, not what is saidActive leaking, no water and sewage backup are different calls to a slow drain, and get different slots.
On-call protectedOnly genuine emergencies wake somebody up, so overtime goes on jobs that justify it.
Everything else booked properlyThe routine work fills tomorrow instead of being lost to a callback that never happens.
Questions

Plumbing software, answered

What is plumbing management software?

Plumbing management software runs the operating side of a plumbing business: taking the call, triaging it, scheduling and dispatching, holding property and equipment history, producing estimates and invoices, and taking payment. Notifi does all of that with an AI operator, Iris, answering the phone so no call goes to voicemail at the moment it matters most.

Can Iris tell an emergency from a routine call?

Yes. Iris qualifies what is actually happening at the property, whether the water is off, whether it is spreading, and whether anyone is without water entirely. True emergencies are escalated to on-call dispatch immediately and everything else is booked into normal capacity.

Does it answer calls overnight and at weekends?

Yes, 24/7. Most plumbing shops find their real after-hours volume is higher than they assumed, because until something is picking up there is no record of the calls that rang out.

Does Notifi handle residential, commercial and drain work?

Yes, in one system. Homeowner card payments, commercial contracts billed against purchase orders, and multi-day excavation projects billed in draws all run side by side.

Are camera inspection videos and photos stored with the job?

Yes, on the property record, so the footage survives the visit and can be attached to the estimate the customer is being asked to approve.

Does it track permits, locates and backflow certification?

Yes. Permit numbers, utility locates, inspection results and annual backflow certification dates live on the job or the property, and work needing an inspection cannot be closed without the result recorded.

Is anything sold as an add-on?

No. Notifi is one platform with no add-on modules. Scheduling, dispatch, the mobile app, estimates, invoicing and reporting are included rather than sold separately.

How long does implementation take?

Most plumbing companies are fully live in four weeks, including customer and property data migration, configuration and training. No systems integrator is required.

Does it work with our accounting software?

Yes. Invoices, payments and customer records sync so the office is not entering the same job twice.

The whole platform

Everything a plumbing business runs on, in one system

Notifi is one platform rather than a front office bolted to a back office. Scheduling, dispatch, the technician mobile app, GPS tracking, the price book, estimates, job costing, invoicing, payments and reporting all run on one customer record.

Front office
CRM and customer historyEvery customer, property, plumbing job, call recording, message and estimate on one record, so nobody starts a conversation from nothing.
Call tracking and attributionWhich marketing spend produced which booked job, tracked from the call through to the invoice.
Customer portalCustomers view appointments, approve estimates, pay invoices and see their plumbing history without calling the office.
Reviews and follow-upReview requests sent at close-out, and unsold estimates re-engaged rather than left to go cold.
In the field
Technician mobile appThe whole job in the technician's hand: history, equipment, checklists, photos, forms, estimates and payment, offline capable.
GPS and technician trackingLive technician location and travel time, so dispatch can see the day rather than phone around for it.
Job history on the propertyFittings, water heaters, jetting nozzles and liner stock tracked across every van and warehouse, against what the job needs.
Price bookYour plumbing pricing and margins, presented as repair, replace and upgrade options with financing on the tablet, from the basement rather than the office.
Sales and money
Estimates and proposalsMulti-option proposals with financing, built on site and converted to a job the moment the customer accepts.
Invoicing and paymentsInvoice built from the work performed, card taken at the door, deposits and progress billing where the work needs it.
Job costingLabour, materials and overhead against every plumbing job, so you know which work actually makes money.
Accounting syncQuickBooks and other accounting systems kept in step, so the office is not entering the same job twice.
Running the business
Scheduling and dispatchThe engine reads skills, capacity and the whole board to place a job, then re-solves the day when one runs long.
Reporting and dashboardsRevenue, conversion, capacity, response times and technician performance in one view, not eight exports.
Purchase ordersMaterials ordered against the job, received against the PO and costed back to the work.
Time on the jobJob time and travel captured from the mobile app, so what a job actually took is on the record.
