Plumbing management software
Answering, dispatch, estimates and invoicing, in one system that never goes to voicemail.
Notifi runs the whole plumbing business, from the call at eleven at night through to the paid invoice, across residential service, commercial contracts and drain and sewer work.

Service, contracts and sewer work are not the same business
A homeowner emergency, a restaurant on a service agreement and a fifteen-thousand-dollar sewer replacement have different customers, different billing and different clocks.
Residential plumbing is won on the first ring
A homeowner standing in water is not comparison shopping, they are calling until somebody answers. Residential plumbing is decided by response, and lost to voicemail far more often than to price.
Commercial plumbing stops a business, not a shower
A restaurant with a blocked grease line is losing service by the minute, and a facilities manager is judging you on documentation as much as on the repair. It is contracted, scheduled work with an obligation attached.
Drain work is an inspection that turns into a project
A blocked main is a two-hundred-dollar clear or a fifteen-thousand-dollar replacement, and the difference is what the camera found. That footage has to survive the visit and turn into a quote somebody can actually approve.
Water does not wait for office hours
A burst supply line at eleven at night is the most valuable call a plumbing company gets and the one most likely to go unanswered. The homeowner works down a list, and the first plumber who picks up takes the job and the relationship that follows it.
Iris answers on the first ring at any hour, works out how bad it is, and dispatches on-call before the second plumber on their list has finished ringing.
Not every emergency is an emergency
Four calls arrive in the same hour and only one of them needs a truck tonight. Sending everything to on-call burns overtime and goodwill. Sending nothing loses the job that actually mattered.
Plumbing software, answered
What is plumbing management software?
Plumbing management software runs the operating side of a plumbing business: taking the call, triaging it, scheduling and dispatching, holding property and equipment history, producing estimates and invoices, and taking payment. Notifi does all of that with an AI operator, Iris, answering the phone so no call goes to voicemail at the moment it matters most.
Can Iris tell an emergency from a routine call?
Yes. Iris qualifies what is actually happening at the property, whether the water is off, whether it is spreading, and whether anyone is without water entirely. True emergencies are escalated to on-call dispatch immediately and everything else is booked into normal capacity.
Does it answer calls overnight and at weekends?
Yes, 24/7. Most plumbing shops find their real after-hours volume is higher than they assumed, because until something is picking up there is no record of the calls that rang out.
Does Notifi handle residential, commercial and drain work?
Yes, in one system. Homeowner card payments, commercial contracts billed against purchase orders, and multi-day excavation projects billed in draws all run side by side.
Are camera inspection videos and photos stored with the job?
Yes, on the property record, so the footage survives the visit and can be attached to the estimate the customer is being asked to approve.
Does it track permits, locates and backflow certification?
Yes. Permit numbers, utility locates, inspection results and annual backflow certification dates live on the job or the property, and work needing an inspection cannot be closed without the result recorded.
Is anything sold as an add-on?
No. Notifi is one platform with no add-on modules. Scheduling, dispatch, the mobile app, estimates, invoicing and reporting are included rather than sold separately.
How long does implementation take?
Most plumbing companies are fully live in four weeks, including customer and property data migration, configuration and training. No systems integrator is required.
Does it work with our accounting software?
Yes. Invoices, payments and customer records sync so the office is not entering the same job twice.
Everything a plumbing business runs on, in one system
Notifi is one platform rather than a front office bolted to a back office. Scheduling, dispatch, the technician mobile app, GPS tracking, the price book, estimates, job costing, invoicing, payments and reporting all run on one customer record.
