Connected to the tools you already run
Payments, accounting, lead sources, reviews and the field, on one job record.
Notifi replaces a lot, but it does not pretend the rest of your stack does not exist. What it refuses to do is let the same job live in five disconnected tools.

Money
Payments, financing and accounting stay reconciled without anyone re-keying a job.
Lead sources
Demand lands in the pipeline on its own, wherever it came from.
Reputation
The reviews you earn end up where they compound.
Field and office
The tools your team already uses, on the same job record.
Operations
The systems around the work, connected to it.
Integrations, answered
Which integrations does Notifi support?
Payments, financing and accounting through Notifi Payments, Wisetack, Stripe and QuickBooks. Lead sources including Facebook Ads, Thumbtack and Angi. Google and Facebook reviews. CompanyCam, Gmail and Outlook for the field and the office. Sequifi and Ply for operations, and Zapier for several thousand tools beyond that.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Connecting your tools is part of the platform, not a paid tier.
What does the Zapier integration do?
It exposes Notifi triggers and actions, jobs, customers, estimates and payments, so you can connect the long tail of tools your business uses without waiting on a native integration.
Does lead attribution survive the handoff?
Yes. A lead that arrives from Facebook Ads or Thumbtack carries its source through grading, booking and invoicing, so you can see cost against booked revenue rather than against form fills.
We use a tool that is not listed. What then?
Zapier covers most of the long tail today, and the integration list grows by what customers actually need. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly what works now and what is coming.
How hard is setup?
Integrations are connected during onboarding as part of the standard four weeks, not left as homework.
