Iris Dispatch reads the whole board
The engine weighs the entire day and picks the technician who actually fits, then re-solves everything when one job runs long.
Dispatching by "who is free" costs you the difference between a free technician and the right one. Notifi’s dispatch engine reads skills, location, capacity and the rest of the board before it places anything.

The plan at 8am is not the day you actually get
One job runs long and the whole afternoon inherits the problem. In most shops that becomes an hour of dispatcher phone calls and two customers finding out too late.
When the day slips, the engine re-solves the remaining board: jobs shift to where they still fit, and every affected customer is told automatically. The dispatcher supervises rather than rebuilds.
Iris hands the engine a fully qualified job, so dispatch starts from what the work needs rather than from a sticky note.
Iris Dispatch, in detail
Iris Dispatch, answered
How does the engine pick a technician?
It reads the whole board: who is qualified for the job, who is nearby, who has genuine remaining capacity, and what the rest of the day looks like if this job lands with them. Then it picks the assignment that leaves the day healthiest.
What happens when a job runs long?
The engine re-solves the remaining day. Affected jobs move to where they still fit and affected customers are notified automatically.
Can dispatchers override it?
Always. The engine proposes, the dispatcher disposes, and the board adjusts around whatever they decide.
Does it understand skills and licences?
Yes. Jobs only reach technicians qualified to complete them, which matters most in electrical and gas work.
Does it prioritise contracted response times?
Yes. Commercial SLAs are treated as constraints on the queue rather than notes on an account.
Is this a separate module?
No. Dispatch, scheduling and the CRM run on the same record, which is why the engine can see everything it needs.
Everything runs on the same record
