One platform, quoted for your operation

Everything is included. Nothing is sold as an add-on and nothing is held back behind a higher tier.

We quote per business rather than publishing a table, because a four-van shop and a forty-van group are genuinely different operations and a range wide enough to cover both tells you nothing useful.

What moves the number

Three things decide your quote

No hidden variables. If you know these three, the conversation on the demo is short.

01The size of your operation

How many technicians you run and how much work moves through the system. A four-van shop and a forty-van group are not the same quote.

02How much of the phone Iris carries

Call volume is the main driver. A business whose demand spikes on weather looks different from one with steady booked work.

03How your business is put together

One location is simpler than eight locations across three brands. Multi-location and multi-brand are included, not an enterprise tier, but they affect the configuration.

Bring a real week to the demo

A week of your own calls and jobs is enough for us to quote properly and for you to judge whether any of this holds up on your operation.

The whole platform

Everything a field service business runs on, in one system

This is the whole platform, and all of it is in the price. There is no module to buy later and no tier that unlocks the part you actually needed.

Front office
CRM and customer historyEvery customer, property, field service job, call recording, message and estimate on one record, so nobody starts a conversation from nothing.
Call tracking and attributionWhich marketing spend produced which booked job, tracked from the call through to the invoice.
Customer portalCustomers view appointments, approve estimates, pay invoices and see their field service history without calling the office.
Reviews and follow-upReview requests sent at close-out, and unsold estimates re-engaged rather than left to go cold.
In the field
Technician mobile appThe whole job in the technician's hand: history, equipment, checklists, photos, forms, estimates and payment, offline capable.
GPS and technician trackingLive technician location and travel time, so dispatch can see the day rather than phone around for it.
Job history on the propertyEquipment, past work, photos and declined recommendations held on the address rather than the job.
Price bookYour pricing, your margins, presented as good-better-best options on the tablet instead of worked out on a notepad.
Sales and money
Estimates and proposalsMulti-option proposals with financing, built on site and converted to a job the moment the customer accepts.
Invoicing and paymentsInvoice built from the work performed, card taken at the door, deposits and progress billing where the work needs it.
Job costingLabour, materials and overhead against every field service job, so you know which work actually makes money.
Accounting syncQuickBooks and other accounting systems kept in step, so the office is not entering the same job twice.
Running the business
Scheduling and dispatchThe engine reads skills, capacity and the whole board to place a job, then re-solves the day when one runs long.
Reporting and dashboardsRevenue, conversion, capacity, response times and technician performance in one view, not eight exports.
Purchase ordersMaterials ordered against the job, received against the PO and costed back to the work.
Time on the jobJob time and travel captured from the mobile app, so what a job actually took is on the record.
Questions

Pricing, answered

How much does Notifi cost?

It is quoted per business, because a four-van shop and a forty-van group are genuinely different operations. Book a demo and you will get a real number against your own call volume and headcount rather than a range that turns out not to apply.

Is anything sold as an add-on?

No. Scheduling, dispatch, the mobile app, GPS tracking, the price book, estimates, invoicing, payments, job costing, reporting and the customer portal are all included. There is no module to buy later and nothing held back behind a higher tier.

Is implementation charged separately?

No. Data migration, configuration of your services, pricing and service areas, and training your team are part of onboarding.

What actually drives the price?

Mainly the size of your operation and how much of the phone Iris is carrying. How the business is structured matters too, but multi-location and multi-brand capability is included rather than an upsell.

Is there a contract?

Terms are agreed as part of the quote. It is worth discussing on the demo, because it depends on how you want to run the rollout.

Do you offer a free trial?

Not in the usual sense, because Notifi replaces the system running your business and a half-configured trial does not tell you much. What we do instead is run a working demo against your own operating model, using your services, pricing and a real week of your jobs.

What happens if we grow?

The capability you need as you grow is already included rather than arriving as a new line item. If your call volume changes materially, the quote is revisited.

How long until we are live?

Four weeks for most companies, including data migration, configuration and training. No systems integrator is required.

Can we see it before committing?

Yes, and you should. Bring a week of your own calls and jobs to the demo and we will run Notifi against them.

Who is Notifi not right for?

Very small operations, where simpler tools are a better fit and cost less. And very large enterprises, where the enterprise vendors earn their place.
