Financing that closes the big ticket

Notifi puts Wisetack financing on the estimate, so a nine thousand dollar replacement is also a monthly number the homeowner can say yes to.

Consumer financing is offered by Wisetack. Notifi is where it shows up: on the estimate your tech is already presenting, against the job it is paying for.

For illustrative purposes only. *All financing is subject to credit approval. Your terms may vary. Payment options through Wisetack are provided by our lending partners. For example, a $5,500 purchase could cost $253.54 per month for 24 months, based on a 9.9% APR, or $1,833.33 per month for 3 months, based on a 0% APR. Offers range from 0 to 35.9% APR based on amount requested and creditworthiness. Not all merchants and lending partners participate in 0% interest programs. Terms range from 3 - 120 months and may vary based on merchant, lending partner, or transaction size. State interest rate caps may apply. No prepaid finance charges or participation fees. Why it matters

The quote was never the problem

A homeowner hears nine thousand four hundred dollars and goes quiet. Not because they disagree about the system. Because they cannot absorb it this month, and the polite way to say that is "let me think about it".

That estimate is not lost yet, but it is on a clock. The tech packs up, the quote goes cold, and the job goes to whoever showed the same work as a number the homeowner could actually carry.

Financing on the estimate changes the question being asked. Instead of nine thousand four hundred dollars today, it is a monthly figure they can weigh against what the old system costs them in repairs and power. Same job, same margin to you, a decision they can make while you are standing there.

Iris books the call, your tech presents the work, and the financing question gets answered in the same visit instead of a follow-up nobody makes.

How it works

Financing, in detail

On the estimate itselfThe monthly number sits next to the total, where the decision is actually made.
Prequalify without the credit hitChecking an offer does not affect the homeowner credit score, so nobody has to gamble to ask.
Answered at the kitchen tableThe homeowner applies from their own phone and gets a decision in the moment, not next week.
Paid into your bankFunds settle to the merchant account. You are not waiting on the homeowner to arrange anything.
One job record, stillThe financed estimate becomes the job and then the invoice. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing is reconciled by hand.
Built for home service ticketsWisetack is designed around repair and replacement work rather than retail checkout.
Questions

Financing, answered

How does financing show up for the homeowner?

On the estimate. Alongside the total, the homeowner sees the same job expressed as a monthly payment and a link to prequalify from their own phone.

Does checking an offer hurt their credit?

No. Prequalifying with Wisetack does not affect the homeowner credit score, which is the reason it works at the kitchen table. A full application happens only once they choose to go ahead.

When do we get paid?

Wisetack pays the merchant directly once the job conditions are met, so the money lands in your account rather than sitting between you and the homeowner.

What does it cost us?

Merchant fees are set by Wisetack and depend on the term the homeowner picks, so we will not quote a number here that might be wrong for you. Wisetack publishes current merchant pricing and will walk you through it during enrollment.

Do we need our own Wisetack account?

Yes. Financing is offered by Wisetack, not by Notifi, so your company enrolls as a merchant with them. Once you are approved, you connect the account in Notifi and financing appears on estimates.

What size jobs is this for?

It earns its keep on replacement and large repair work, the tickets big enough that a homeowner stalls on the total. Small service calls rarely need it.

Does this replace taking a card?

No. Card, tap and stored member cards through Notifi Payments all still work. Financing is one more way for the homeowner to say yes to a job they would otherwise defer.
