Materials are the biggest cost on most jobs and the least connected. The job lives in one system and what it consumed lives in another, so the two are reconciled by somebody retyping, or not at all.

Every one of those handoffs is a chance to price an item two different ways, miss what a technician actually used, or close a job without knowing what it really cost.

Materials land on the Ply jobWhat a technician used on a Notifi job shows up on the matching job in Ply and comes off your default stock location once one is set. Nobody writes it down twice.
Changes sync back as they happenIt is not a nightly export. Changes on either side flow back, so neither system is working from yesterday.

Is it a nightly export?

No. Changes flow back as they happen, so neither system is working from yesterday.

Does Ply get between us and our supply house?

No. Your supplier accounts, your pricing and your relationships stay yours. Ply handles the tracking, procurement and payment side of materials; who you buy from does not change.

Do we need a Ply account?

Yes. Inventory, procurement and payments are Ply products, so you contract with them. Notifi is where the job and the price book live.

When can we use it?

Talk to us. Notifi and Ply are building this together, so what is available depends on timing and on what your shop runs today. We would rather tell you accurately than point at a date.
