Notifi and Sequifi connect the job to the paycheck

Notifi today announced a partnership with Sequifi, the payroll, HR and commission platform built for field teams. Completed job data from Notifi now flows into Sequifi, so what a crew actually finished becomes what their pay is calculated from.

The division is deliberate. Notifi runs the field: the CRM, scheduling, dispatch, the job, the estimate and the invoice. Sequifi runs the pay. Neither company is trying to do the other job badly.

The better a shop gets at booking work, the worse payday becomes. More jobs means more per-job payouts, more splits between the setter and the closer, more spiffs to honour and more claw-backs to remember. Most shops solve it with a spreadsheet and a day of somebody office time every week, and the technicians find the mistakes.

What contractors get

• Completed jobs carried into payroll automatically, so nobody rebuilds the week from job records by hand.

Availability

The integration is available to Notifi customers with a Sequifi account. Payroll, HR and commission processing are provided by Sequifi and are subject to its terms and pricing. The two systems are connected during Notifi onboarding.
